IMAGES / DESCRIPTIONS
All pieces of artwork are individually made.
Occasionally the colours, patterns or measurements of an item
may vary slightly from the image shown.

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery
especially in December -
most items will arrive within 3 working days.
Collections - (and storage fees) -
Select the free gallery collection option at website checkout
if you can collect your purchases in person within a week.
Please bring your receipt / proof of purchase to the gallery.

- After that - £1 storage fee per day / per item -
Storage space is very minimal in the gallery -
so we’d really appreciate prompt collection - many thanks!
( Note - for the time being - Squarespace hosting platform currently requires
an address entry for all checkout options - including collections )

We’ll determine shipping costs specific to your country and let you know -
If you decide to proceed with the purchase -
we’ll place a 24 hour reserve on the item
and send you an individualised PayPal invoice which includes your shipping.
This will allow you to either pay using a credit or debit card
or via your PayPal account if you have one.
RETURNS
We love the work which we show in the gallery and want you to be happy with your purchase from the website.
We appreciate that you will be choosing work from photographs and descriptions – rather than in person.
You may return goods at any time within 28 days from receipt for a full refund or to exchange an item.
If you wish to cancel your order - email or telephone the gallery to notify us about your cancellation within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
You will then have 14 days from that date of notification to return the goods to the gallery.
Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging - and at your expense.
We reserve the right to withhold some or all of any refund due if we believe these conditions have not been met.
Any refunds will be processed once goods have been received by io gallery.
To exchange an item you must place a new order and claim a refund separately.
Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.
Return delivery charges are not refundable.

All content on this website is fully protected by copyright laws.
Copyright on all the original artworks and designs – is automatically retained by the artist creator of the work under UK law.
Copyright for all photography provided to the gallery by the artists is also automatically retained by the artists under UK law.
As agents for the artists we have their full permission to take photographs, describe and promote their artwork. Re-use of this content for any other commercial purposes is not permitted by the artists or by the gallery.
Content on this website should not be re-used for educational or other similar purposes without first contacting the gallery to request specific permission – which may or may not be granted – according to the wishes of the artists and the gallery.
